- GeNi is a partnership between 2 event planning professionals, Genevieve and Nhi. They first met while working together at a Healthcare event planning company and now have joined forces to create their own company. The name GeNi reflects their partnership, combining the first two letters of their names: Genevieve and Nhi. The name also plays on words, as GeNi means “Fantastic” in English and “Woman” in Latin.
- Genevieve and Nhi’s partnership is more than just a business relationship; they are like sisters who work together with a shared vision and passion for event planning. Their combined skills and experience enable them to plan and execute events of all sizes and types, from corporate events to weddings and everything in between. They are serious about their work but know how to have fun and bring their unique style and creativity to each project.
- Last but not least, our founder – Nhi, planned her own 3 weddings that were featured in BRIDES and other Magazines. Plus, other events for over 700 guests. It was no easy feat, but we are proud to say she pulled it off! With over 3M views on TikTok, our proven ability to captivate audiences and stay ahead of event planning trends sets us apart.

I’m Nhi, originally from Vietnam, and I hold a BS in Finance from the University of Houston. Throughout my professional journey, I have gained valuable experience as both a Project Manager and an Event Analyst in the vibrant city of New York.
My passion for event planning shines through my extensive 5+ years of experience, having worked as an event planner for Ten Health and CHM Agency. I have successfully orchestrated a wide range of events, from intimate gatherings of 10 guests to large-scale occasions with 700+ attendees.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I find joy in immersing myself in the world of K-Pop and indulging in captivating K-Dramas ^_^! Exploring new destinations with my loved ones is a cherished pastime, as it not only fuels my sense of adventure but also offers fresh inspiration and perspectives that I integrate into my event planning work.

Hello, this is Genevieve! I am an active entrepreneur based in New York City😊.
I left my corporate career in 2022 to start my business venture. Since then, I’ve successfully launched my own e-commerce website Eunoia Selects selling jewelry and opened my NYC-based flower shop FlowerEver.
Throughout my job career, I have been an adept event planner organizing both private and corporate events. My expertise and new access to the flower industry have encouraged me to co-found GeNi with Nhi. With Nhi’s keen eyes on aesthetics and my exceptional organization skills, I am confident that clients will enjoy outstanding services from us.
Outside my professional career, I am an active digital creator focused on travel and lifestyle content. Within the past 3+ years on social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Bilibili, and Red, I accumulated 10k followers thus far. I will be sharing more of my entrepreneurial experience and advice in my future content.
As an adventurous person, I also joined the Miss Chinese Beauty Pageant and was crowned the First Runner-Up in 2019. My ultimate goal is to encourage and help young people to believe in themselves and proactively pursue their dreams.
